Help client identify a potential land that could be developed. Do market research and get estimation reports for what the projected ROI and Sales will be (IMST REPORT). Check to see if there are any deed restrictions or complications that could cause the client to not be able to proceed with the land.

2^nd Assist with land acquisition and entitlement

Zoning approvals: Determine how a property can be used
Building permits: Allow developers to construct buildings
Environmental clearances: Ensure a development is environmentally sound
Landscape approvals: Ensure a development fits in with the community’s aesthetic.

3^rd Constructibility
analysis

Breakdown of how the project is intended to be completed with a detailed step by step explanation on how we will proceed after acquiring the land.

4^th  Design engineering
and consulting

After it is deemed possible to move forward with a client’s intended project, we start having mechanical electrical and plumbing plans start being drawn.

5^th  Project
management

Cost breakdown of what each component of the construction process will cost. We will have a complete bid ready fro confirmation from the client.

6^th  Construction
Management

We will handle all construction related things the clients just need to sit back and relax.

7^th  Construction
Accounting

JJJK INC. will handle all accounting for the project and show with full transparency where the funds are going.

8^th  Close out, Final Lien waivers
and turnover.

Closing and paperwork will be handled by JJJK INC.
Once the construction has completed and the client has the occupancy permit that is when JJJK INC.
